General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the operator of the bdka1 platform ("bdka1", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "your"). bdka1 is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account, including in cases where someone else has used it without your permission.

• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Change your password regularly and do not share it with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Be cautious of phishing emails or suspicious links — bdka1 never sends emails asking for your password.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on bdka1 is ৳200. We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are only approved to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any irregularity or suspicion of fraud is detected in financial activity, bdka1 reserves the right to suspend transactions and request additional documents. If an account is found to be involved in money laundering or other illegal financial activities, it will be closed immediately.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bdka1 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. After accepting this bonus, the turnover requirement must be fulfilled.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The turnover requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 VIP Program Terms

bdka1 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — ranging from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond. Changes to VIP tier status are entirely at bdka1's discretion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus benefits are abused, bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent attempt is made to earn bonuses, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

Gaming Rules

All games available on bdka1 — slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games and others — are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Game providers use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which makes every outcome completely independent and fair.

• If your internet connection is lost during a game, it will resume from the exact point where it was interrupted.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, bdka1 reserves the right to refund the wagered amount.
• In any dispute regarding game results, the game provider's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• In cricket betting, if a match is abandoned, a decision will be made in accordance with the betting policy.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdka1 platform and will be considered a serious breach of the Terms:

• Playing games through fraudulent means or with the help of bots.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes using software or hardware.
• Money laundering, tax evasion, or other illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other players.
• Claiming bonuses by opening multiple accounts.
• Using bdka1's trademark or identity without authorization.
• Attempting to transfer funds to third-party accounts or initiating chargebacks.

In the event of any of the above violations, the account will be suspended or permanently closed and all deposits and winnings may be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by sharing your account credentials with others.

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may contact our support team at any time to request the closure of your account. It is advised to withdraw your remaining available balance in full before closing your account.

10.2 Closure at bdka1's Initiative

bdka1 may suspend or close your account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms.
• Providing false identity information.

• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).
• Legal or regulatory reasons.
